Daniel is a Partner at Family Law in Partnership LLP. He is a trained mediator as well as a collaborative family lawyer and he is recommended in the two leading legal directories.

Daniel advises on most aspects of family law including divorce and the resulting financial implications, issues concerning children (such as applications for residence and contact) and the breakdown of unmarried relationships. He also advises on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and pre / post civil partnership agreements.

Daniel is committed to a client-focused, conciliatory and constructive approach to family issues, using his skills as a mediator and collaborative family lawyer in his everyday practice. In those unfortunate situations where litigation is required, Daniel has a proven track record including successfully appealing to the House of Lords. He has acted in a number of reported cases.

Daniel's overall goal is to help clients to make the best of what is likely to be a very difficult time in their life, empowering them to have as much control of the process as possible and enabling them to make decisions which are right for them and their family. Daniel believes that Collaborative Family Law is an ideal way of achieving this outcome. He recognises that if the couple have children, the wellbeing of the children is likely to be a key concern.

Daniel is respected and commended by his peers in the family law field. The 'Chambers & Partners' directory has acknowledged this in each of its last four editions, recently referring to him as "fantastic to work with: fair, supportive and caring". 'The Legal 500' describes him as "bright, intuitive and professional".

Daniel has written articles for Family Law, New Law Journal, LexisNexis Butterworths and Resolution's 'The Review'.

Daniel lives in north London with his partner Helen and their two children. His interests include art, film and motorcycling.
